Revival Church junior pastor and son to fallen senior priest Augustine Yiga has spoken out on his father’s demise for the first time since the untimely incident that happened on Monday night.

Speaking through a Facebook post on the ABS TV’s page, the seemingly broken pastor hailed his late father’s commendable influence to his life, adding he is irreplaceable.

At a time when hostile jibes are getting thrown at the fallen man of God with some from fellow pastors, Jengo’s resolve to stand by his legacy is truly commendable.

Here is what Jengo had to say about his fallen Dad;

” My dad was my best friend and greatest role model. He was an amazing dad, coach, mentor, soldier, husband and friend. He once said, ‘Champ, the measure of a man is not how often he is knocked down, but how quickly he gets up.’

I’m so much grateful to you, grateful to Almighty God, who gifted you as my Dad. I will never be able to be a person like you. Thank you for being my Dad. It’s so sad I have lost a big part of my life. But you will always be at heart and you will always be loved. Rest in peace. Pr. Augustine Yiga Abizaayo.”- he posted
