Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has summoned The First lady ,in her capacity as The Minister of Education over the new school Carriculum that has since been faulted by the House.
This follows the Minister’s refusal to honour Kadagas earlier invitations on two separate occasions including one last week. While conducting the House’s business this afternoon, Kadaga said that the Minister should not have any more excuses not to attend and answer questions in relation to her disregard of parliament’s resolution that the new curriculum be suspended momentarily for further study.
It however remains to be seen if the first lady will actually reign over the first lady in her endeavours to assert the authority of the house she has supretended over for the last nearly two decades.
